Stated that there is a significant drainage problem along the back of the lots on Ashwood Ln.

Complainant says that there is a storm drain across Ridgeview in fron of his house that is apparently blocked. He has had the County out several times to try and correct the problem and all they have done is wedge with ashpalt.
DEPTH AND CONDITION OF DITCH IS BAD. PIPE MAY BE NEEDED.
Home owner experiences flooding in back yard and attributes problem to storm water drainage in his Allen Valley Subdivision. He spoke with the developer, Raymond Moore, about remedies and checked with another excavator who advised him that proposed work was only a temporary solution. Moore came in today without permission and dug up backyard. He asked Moore to leave and Moore did without restoring property. Private inspector said storm water facilities were not up to code.
Ms. Meyers would like for this alley to be paved, Bob Chestnut looked at this and decided that if we paved this alley it would cause drainage problems. A patch crew will be going out and patching holes in the alley. (E/W Alley that runs by the Fire Station from Rogers to Madison.)

Mr. Oeding states that a drain pipe with rock and stone has been installed recently at this address and he believes it "doesn't look right".
