17th & Dunn Streets around the Stadium
I walked to Switchyard Park yesterday afternoon. The walk was difficult and dangerous because sidewalks were not cleared of snow on Walnut (Hillside to park entrance) and Grimes (park entrance to Washington Street). The sidewalks were impassable forcing me to walk in the street. Thanks.
The sidewalks on both sides of Hillside in front of Woodlawn Crossing Apts (owned by Abodes) and Carlisle Brake Friction have no attempt at clearing snow. Most of the residence on Hillside have cleared their sidewalks, but these places have not meaning you either need knee-high boots to stay on the sidewalk or walk out in the busy street.
As of 10am Feb 21 the following properties on the south side have dangerous sidewalks: • Walnut Springs Apts. (Birge & Held • Burks Dr: 201 & 203 200 & 202 210 & 206 215 & 217 219 221 3393 3425 • Kennedy Dr: 3407 3421 3501 & 3503 3509 & 3511 3517 & 3519 3512 & 3514 3525 & 3527 3530 3522 & 3520 3418 & 3416 3410 & 3408
Snow remains on the sidewalk in front of a vacant building in the 400 block of South Walnut, across from Bedrak Cafe, and on West Third at Madison, in front of the Bloomington Thrift Store. Thank you.
I let you know there snow on 1st street on some people property with sidewalks

Hi, Kudos to Parks and Rec for their excellent snow removal on the parking lot and some of the trails at the Rogers Family Park (Goat Farm) at High and Winslow! I truly appreciate being able to get my dog out for a walk there. However, if I walk to the park (instead of driving) the SIDEWALK leading into the park is literally a sheet of ice. Does the City need to remove snow/ice from sidewalks or just stores and property owners? This seems quite hypocritical and dangerous!
