THINKS STORM DRAIN DITCH IS DANGEROUS FOR HER CHILDREN AND NEIGHBORS
He said that paving had been done recently and had changed the drainage so that it caused water to go into his garage.
Clogged storm inlet.
Message taken by Mary Ellen, Planning Dept. Drainage dispute w/neighbor over diversion ditch and flooding lawns. Property owner was going to talk to neighbor.
THERE IS A RETENTION POND THAT IS NOT DRAINING CORRECTLY.
The curb needs to be rebuilt to keep stormwater off of the drive
Sidewalks have not been cleared by property owners all along S Kennedy Dr, E Burks drive & surrounding cul de sacs. Sidewalks are extremely dangerous & hazardous and unsafe for pedestrians.
Mr. Koch believes that the four retention ponds that the city built to deal with storm water run off around Clarizz Boulevard is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects. He wants the city to remove some of these ponds. He would like to speak to the Storm Water Engineer regarding the need to have four ponds.
MR. LEDDY OWNS A HOME AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS. HE HAS A DRAINAGE PIPE THAT BLACKWELL CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPER, PUT IN THE REAR OF HIS PROPERTY. THE AREA BY THE OUTLET IS COMPLETELY ERODED AND NEEDS STABILIZED. HE HAS CALLED HIS STATE REPRESENTATIVE.
