The complex hasn't bothered to clear the snow or ice on the surrounding sidewalks for weeks. Very dangerous as the college kids walk this way to get on the IU bus and the snow (now ice) is all downhill towards the intersection.

The corner sidewalks in front of Bloomington Cleaners are inadequately cleared. After clearing their large parking lot, they could do better for the public than a measly, narrow path that is barely wide enough for one person. Chapter 6.07 paragraph 10 (b) of the municipal code requires that "the minimum clear width of the path shall be thirty-six inches." Pedestrians are forced to either risk slipping and falling on packed snow and ice, or walk in Kinser Pike and risk being killed by a car, near a very busy intersection.
