There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.

Bye the water treatment plant on Shadyside Rd. The weeds were cut and left in clumps on the road. Dangerous for drivers and cyclists.

Vehicle has been parked partially in front of our mailbox for over 2 weeks. Range Rover has not moved. Hard for us to get out of driveway with a truck. Also, car has a flat tire. It is the neighbors who has room in front of their house and on driveway.
