Where are the police in Bloomington in the early morning? Insecurity is increasing and police cars are not seen patrolling security on the street.

Near the corner of Covenanter and Brooks (N side of Covenanter, E of Brooks) on there is a "one lane road ahead" sign in place. There is no construction anywhere near that sign, and the only road restriction is the sign itself, which takes up half a lane of the road. I think it just didn't get removed when the work was done.
Non running vehicles lined down the road in front of Wheeler being used for housing
Tree down on Clifton Ave, between 1st and 2nd Street, closer to 1st Street. Not a large tree, but couldn’t be moved by one person.
4200 Sheffield trees and shrubs encroaching Street vision and drivability
A tree in the yard across the street has fallen across Clifton Avenue in front of 705 S. Clifton. It is partially blocking traffic on the street.
Sorry, this was the closest category I could find for my concern. On Kingston Drive, across from the Mall entrance where the Bloomington Transit bus stop is, and also across from the Target parking lot (side of the building), near the pedestrian crossing from the Current parking garage to the Target parking lot, there are big stones that have fallen into the road, coming from the slanted side at the foot of the parking garage. It is right at the bend of the road, so, very hard for motorists to see. And what if one comes tumbling down while a car or cyclist is just passing there? There should be a fence to keep the boulders inside or a heavy net over them, in my opinion. I understand that this is not the responsibility of the Current property owners.
Multiple abandoned vehicles that are inoperable. Viewable from the road and have not moved in years. This property also on a daily basis has cars parked on the road.
On Morton next to Zagreb's, a delivery truck will block Morton between Kirkwood and 6th so traffic cannot get through. Happens regularly.
The owners of this house leave a boat parked on the street at least 5 days/nights a week. It is in a cul-du-sac. In addition to the boat, they park at least one, sometimes two huge trucks on the street. This makes it difficult for, not only neighbors to get through the street, but also the trash truck and possibly emergency vehicles.
