CONSTANT double parked cars with flashers on throughout the day and evening from Chipotle to Lennies. Something needs to be done. Ticketing drivers as this forces driving in the opposite lane and makes parking at the local restaurants impossible. Cars remain parked in the street blocking traffic for 15-30 minutes throughout the day and evening. This is hurting local businesses.

Tenant complaint: there is a white sedan parked on the street that is partially obstructing the driveway such that I won't be able to get my car out. These folks park too many cars on the street. You should contact the owner and see how many adults he is renting his house to. I have seen as many as 9 cars parked in their driveway and on the street. One day they had 5 cars parked on Eddington Drive. I'm sure the owner is violating municipal code. 15.37.010 - Definitions. "Single household detached dwelling" means a building designed for the occupancy of no more than five adults unrelated by blood or marriage.
