Car parked blocking driveway since early this morning or last night. License plate 746YH and is a tan Hyundai. Not stuck in snow, but several others have tried to access this shared drive (other than myself) and the car is entirely blocking the way.

This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.

There is a parked trailer in the street, without sufficient reflection or license plates. I do not know who owns it but it has been there for months. It is moved a few feet either way on occasion, but it presents a major safety issue at night and is quite unsightly for a residential neighborhood.
