appears the snowplow missed a lot of the cul-de-sac as a vehicle actually got stuck after getting out of a driveway. If the two vehicles parked on the street are causing issues getting to the location to clear it better then tow them. They've been sitting there for two years and not moved. The neighbor has a driveway and chooses not to use it.

The side of the street closest to the school is completely blocked off during school pick up times. Cars are not allowed to go around the line of traffic that is sitting there. This is an extreme hazard and emergency vehicles are not able to get through. There are also cars illegally parked across from the school on South Sunflower Dr.

This morning when I was driving to work, there were signs halfway blocking both sides of traffic at the light of S. Rockport Road and S. Rogers Road near Sunoco Gas Station. What is going on?? Please do not tell me this road is being closed off because for those of us who live back there, going down Countryside Lane and out onto Rockport to Rogers is the only way we can leave now that the four way stop at Rockport and Tapp are closed, as well as the Country Club Bridge. Hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you!!

The barrier in the west bound lane of Country Club west of the Rogers light blocks too much road. I know you're trying to discourage people from going down Country Club and cutting through the neighborhood but the fact is that we are going to do it. Right now turning west from northbound Rogers leaves very little room if someone is in the Country Club left turn onto nb Rogers. Please consider moving that barrier mostly to the side of the road and grass, not in the road. There are going to be accidents from people turning west and not noticing until it's
too late how little road is available if cars are in the left turn lane.

The road closed barricade on Rockport (traveling southwest) and Rogers is too much in the road that buses and other large vehicles are having difficulty turning the corner from southbound Rogers onto Rockport when cars are at the intersection (on Rockport) waiting for the light. It is assumed that vehicles need to be up at the intersection in order to trip the light for Rockport travelers.
Despite the closure, the road is heavily traveled due to the various neighborhoods and Summit Elementary (summer school?). Being a resident of the Adams Hill neighborhood, I travel through this intersection daily. If the barricade can be moved off the road more, that would be an easy fix. However I like that it makes it obvious to travelers that the road is closed, as I do not want even more traffic through our neighborhood than we already have.
My suggestion is to alter the light-trip indicators. If the cars traveling northeast on Rockport can be further back to trip the light, it would allow cars to weave through the barricades in single file when it is their turn. This also means there should be a "No Turn on Red" for southbound Rogers.
A solution would also need to allow for those in the neighborhood across Rogers to come through the light onto southbound Rockport. The traffic from that direction is minimal. My thought for those traveling from that direction would be to have their side trip individually and the lights would need to be green one direction at a time.
If the closure was only for a month or two, it would not be much of an issue. However with the closure going until near the end of the year and school starting in August, this intersection will need addressed as the traffic (buses and parents) to and from Summit Elementary is quite measurable.
Thanks for your consideration.

There is people in yellow jackets that are blocking the road but standing around talking. Doing absolutely nothing. This is what I pay for. Do your job. Quit standing around making 5 times what I make. You also pick the dumbest time to start at a street light, a busy as hell street light to just stand around talking. While people are trying to make money, but are being blocked while you assholes are making mint standing around doing NOTHING. And then being jackasses while doing it. DO YOUR JOB.

Often cars traveling west on 3rd St and turning south onto College Mall Rd crowd into the intersection as their light is turning yellow and then red. They then block the intersection so cars traveling East on 3rd St can’t proceed because they are essentially parked in the intersection. Today at about 1730 these cars blocked the intersection for almost the entire green light for those traveling East on 3rd St. My suggestion is to station an officer there and ticket every motorist who blocks the intersection.

Starting the 7th Street Bikeway project is great. I hope we have lots of low-traffic thoroughfares in twon some day. But finish what you started on Allen Street. There is no signs, no flashing beacons, no paint. Nothing that designates the street a low and slow traffic area. Cars drive way faster now with the "improvements" then they did with the hodgepodge pilot. Put some signs up. Paint the street. Put some flashers at the Washington St intersection and the Henderson St intersection. Allen is not finished.
