There is a house on Sheridan between Maxwell and Jordan on the north/west side of the street that has giant pavers sitting on the roadway in front of the house. They are just right on the pavement, obstructing the road. These are a danger to pedestrians, cyclists, children, and vehicles. Can someone go take a look and understand why there are big pavers on the road surface?
The Flying Fish construction at 1020 East Maxwell Lane is very disruptive. There is a lot of noise from early morning through the afternoon. Trucks beeping, sawing... Since I am working from home, the noise really interferes with my being able to work effectively. There are so many trucks parked along Manor Road that people have difficulty driving down Manor. The large dumpster they have on Maxwell Lane, blocks the view and makes turning onto Maxwell rather dangerous. More trucks parked on Maxwell add to this challenge. This construction has been going on a long time.
Once again public alley is blocked and parking on unimproved surfaces
Three Lime scooters blocking alley way and sidewalk access.
This is a continuing problem at 601 S. Woodlawn (the address above is as close as I could get on your map). Two weeks ago two large dead trees were causing a hazard, dropping limbs. Trees are covered with vines but have been dead for a long time. They continue to drop dead limbs. There is also a bad patch of poison ivy near the sidewalk, creating yet another hazard.
Broken tree branch hanging over the street on 1st St at the NW corner of 1st and Woodlawn.
A residential Parking Sign is improperly inserted into the ground causing it to be slanted at a 30 degree angle. This is almost blocking my driveway and causing the roof of my car to scratch it. Can you please re-dig this sign in the ground so that it's' straight? The sign itself is not damaged, it's just not properly inserted into the ground. Thanks. Kent Rerko 910 S. Manor Rd. Car parked in the public right of way in the alley behind my house. It is clear that the illegal fraternity continues to use the public alley as their private parking lot and storage space. There were numerous spaces available on the streets around their houses. I again request you come and demarcate the alley so that this illegal parking in the alley next to my fence ceases
