Tenants have been parking in the alley on the west side of this property, blocking it. There are two parking spots there, but they are parking three cars in the location and that prevents access to and egress from the alley. The tenants might not realize that it is an alley and needs to be kept open.
People keep parking in front of my driveway and I’m afraid I’m going to hit their care by accident. They are parked on the yellow line. This happens almost everyday.

The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.

This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.
There is almost always a truck blocking one lane or another around this area in the a.m., but this is a bit ridiculous — two at once taking up most of both lanes with just enough space for a car to squeeze through. This was about 8 a.m. on 3/21/23. One of the drivers lost control of a keg and it rolled across the street, too. (Apologies for poor quality, this was taken quickly while stopped at the stop sign. I waited there while he got control of the runaway keg.)
One and sometimes two cars are parked on the unimproved shoulder of the street preventing cars from easily passing. The south bound lane is obstructed by this parking.
This was an issue last night (4/19/23) around 9pm and beyond. Both lanes of S Dunn St, especially between 6th St and Kirkwood were completely backed up due to multiple Ubers waiting to drop-off and pick-up as well as Doordash or other delivery services parked (flashers on) on S Dunn St. Everyone in the right lane was trying to move to the left lane to get past these parked cars. There was enough traffic, that no one could move. There was also a car parked beside the the yellow stanchions on Kirkwood at this location. This is very frustrating and drivers were becoming agitated. I do not know if this happens every night, but parking in a driving lane on S Dunn St is not appropriate.
Blue sedan-type vehicle parked in the roadway, making it hard to traverse. There are also several cars parked on the roadway along N Hillsdale Drive, which makes travel difficult - especially around the traffic light.
Every time I drive through this intersection, there is a car parked in front of this house and I have to drive around it. It's right in front of the traffic light, and this is VERY dangerous - especially because people love to run the red light at this intersection all the time. Would appreciate both if (1) the property owners/residents be reminded that they can't park in the street, and (2) the city could be made aware of the amount of people who run this red light. I see people run this light every single day. (I don't even know what can be done about this, but I wanted to make you aware of the problem if you weren't already)
the alleyway behind my house is blocked by a van @ 800 N Lincoln st
