People keep parking in front of my driveway and I’m afraid I’m going to hit their care by accident. They are parked on the yellow line. This happens almost everyday.

See uReport case #181105. Parking officer routinely allows certain violations to continue. This is one of those cases. This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.

This morning, I saw a shirtless person going through some trash on the north side of 7th street, between Lincoln and Grant.
He looked like he was intoxicated and I did not confront him for safety reasons. He left a large amount of debris in the alley and it could damage a car tire. Nails, screws, etc.

Dear city of Bloomington,
While I'm grateful your team has looked into this, the issue is far from being resolved. The repair work did not make any improvement in the noise. The remedy that was done the first time worked for awhile. The grate needs to be opened and cleaned out so that it seats properly. A rubber ring or some kind of padding needs to be placed on the contact points to reduce the vibration. The loud noise is going on 24/7. I'd like to invite a member of your team to see it for yourself. Feel free to contact me and I can meet you at the site of the storm grates.
Regards,
Craig

Per CBU supervisor, a crew went to this site and put con-seal around the manhole covers. This should stop the noise when cars drive over them.
