Driving to my job Heitink Veneer at 4:30 AM, I had to drive around a Semi Truck parked in Center of Road (not on side of the road). This placed me in danger of a head on collision if traffic was came from the opposit direction. This semi driver was waiting for Walker & Rose to open at 7:00 AM. This has happened more then 5 times in the pst month.
Vehicle parked in the wrong direction on Morton Street. Please start monitoring this area. People do whatever they want.

The east/west alley in the 100 block of west 6th Street is filled with trash cans, grease barrels, clothing, etc...
Bushes blocking street, making it dangerous for driving
A trampoline has been placed in the public ROW between the street and sidewalk. This is a hazard to drivers as well as people using the trampoline.
The bushes are growing out into the sidewalk and into the alley. A man and small child going down the sidewalk had to walk in the street to get by. Also when trying to pull from the alley you have to pull out into Rogers to see if traffic is coming.
Residents of 1000/1002 East Atwater have a dunk tank in the alley behind 1002 East Atwater. This is still a platted city alleyway and not private property. Neighbors are subjected to constant “thudding” noises. We would appreciate it if compliance officers/HAND would ask them to move their apparatus out of the alley. Thank you.
Public right of way in alley behind our house was blocked by four cars. Illegal frat is using the alley for its private excess parking lot. Request fines be administered to stop this practice. This is not the first time cars have been parked in the alley, but four cars at once is a record. The illegal frat needs to be convinced that the public alley is not their private lot.
After parking four cars in the alley, these left and a single car was left in the alley, as well as the private basketballhoop that should not be stored in the public alley. Request No parking sign to be placed here as well as removal of stored basketball hoop and pails with iron fenceholders. Illegal frat uses alley as private storage and parking lot.
