There is a car that has been parking for the last six months on the North side of the street on Morningside Dr. at Smith Rd. It is a danger and menace to traffic entering and leaving Park Ridge East. Can this section of road be posted "No Parking"?
Caller stated cars are parking on both sides of street to where it is almost impossible to get through and at the stop sign to where you cannot see the sign.
Resident called in to report a silver GMC SUV blocking the stop sign at this intersection. Claims this has happened several times, making it difficult for drivers on Wylie St to see the sign.
Every day this week one or more of the alleyways leading to our property (and our designated parking spot) has been blocked by a variety of vehicles, sometimes unloading materials, but more often simply parked in the alleyway for hours at a time. There is ample space to park on the street, and designated parking spots off the street for all the properties on the block, yet numerous people have decided to use the alleyway as parking instead. There is a white sedan, Indiana license plate AEK322, illegally parked on West 4th & Waldron, partially blocking alley between two houses. It happens often.
Prius parked in yellow zone on Northwest corner of W 7th and Maple. Has been parked there all day. Creating a sightline issue for cars pulling into intersection Southbound on Maple.
A grey honda cr-v has been blocking our alley for months. The alley is between 8th and 9th streets and Indiana and Dunn.
There are many cars parked on the street in front of this house. Some park on both sides of street (going wrong way) which hardly leaves enough room for a car to get through. An emergency vehicle could not. They have a long driveway and parking at back but there are always at least 3 cars parked on street. One is a white pickup truck. House next to it (502 Clover Terr) also park on street which is right on curve where you turn in to Clover Terrace from Cascades Ave. They also have a driveway.
