Black Lexus just parked on the sidewalk... How selfish. (No parking sign right next to where I took the picture too)

This jeep repeatedly parks in bike lane.
This truck has been here, seemingly abandoned, for over 2 weeks. The front-left suspension is broken. There is debris and leaking oil underneath the truck. It is facing the wrong direction for the side of the street it is on. It's a fair distance from the sidewalk, somewhat obstructing the street. It is partially blocking a driveway. The vehicle was issued a ticket last week. I'm including a photo of the license plate for identification purposes.
There are three cars parked on Walnut near the corner of 17 and Walnut. They seemed to have been parked there overnight. Isn't there some ordinance to prevent someone from parking in the street? This is not designated as a parking area. Can't they be towed?
Resident called in to report a silver GMC SUV blocking the stop sign at this intersection. Claims this has happened several times, making it difficult for drivers on Wylie St to see the sign.
Beas soda bar blocking sidewalk
Non plated trucks parked, trash scattered in and around plated trucks parked on street.
Trucks parked on street without plates or expired plates. Trash scattered around vehicles.
Four or five abandoned vehicles on the street with homeless living inside some and tearing apart others to sell parts. ALSO, one large trash bin on the side of the road. I asked J and B Disposal to place it out from the side of the road and they don't know where to put it. The bin has both lids missing and trash blows down the street onto my property. My family and visitors have to SQUEEZE between abandoned vehicles and a trash bin.
On the northeast corner of the intersection of S Washington and E Wylie, there is a long yellow curb. There are always 2-3 cars parked at this curb, which makes it hard to see oncoming traffic when crossing over Washington heading west on E Wylie St. I was nearly hit this past weekend when a car was speeding down S Washington and wasn't visible due to all the parked cars.
