Bike lane blocked by a car on Third street near Woodlawn
Every day this jerk parks in the middle of the street. A clear violation. Please do n something for all of us in this neighborhood.
Blocked streets with Uber and lift drivers parked in lanes of traffic in the late hours on the weekends Thursday Friday and Saturday
Whoever put up the road closure signs on W Gourley Pike has made it difficult to access the road for the people that live on the section they have “shutdown”. I can barely fit my sedan sized car between the closure barriers to get to my home.
Truck continues Parking on street… you’ve closed this again with no citation because there’s not a no parking sign?! On an active two lane street? That makes no sense. It’s a street. Not a parking spot. There is no street parking in this neighborhood. Never has been. We will let other HOAs no that per parking services we can park on any street as long as a sign isn’t erected. Just nonsense.
Need additional no parking sign as cars are often parked on the wrong side of w howe at Rogers.
This was an issue last night (4/19/23) around 9pm and beyond. Both lanes of S Dunn St, especially between 6th St and Kirkwood were completely backed up due to multiple Ubers waiting to drop-off and pick-up as well as Doordash or other delivery services parked (flashers on) on S Dunn St. Everyone in the right lane was trying to move to the left lane to get past these parked cars. There was enough traffic, that no one could move. There was also a car parked beside the the yellow stanchions on Kirkwood at this location. This is very frustrating and drivers were becoming agitated. I do not know if this happens every night, but parking in a driving lane on S Dunn St is not appropriate.
Privately owned businesses on the north aide of the 100 block of E Kirkwood — a public street —have completely blocked off the entire width of the street, making it completely inaccessible to bicycles. When Kirkwood is closed to car traffic, the public street still needs to be shared space and not dedicated exclusively to private business owners of the Uptown and the Farm restaurants!
A large pine tree is leaning toward the street (Queen's Way). It appears to be leaning more whenever there is a strong wind or heavy rain. It may fall onto the sidewalk and into the street soon. It is a very large tree and could cause serious damage to a pedestrian or vehicle.
W 8th st blocked again by house project. Parking on both sides of street has never let up and there are constantly vehicles in the middle of street too.
