The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

Homeowner at 1127 W 7th St currently has three vehicles parked in the alley that runs parallel to 6th/7th Sts. The alley has been blocked for a week.

One of the vehicles referenced in the 12/13/16 report on this location is still there. Another vehicle is now present. A person had been living in the vehicle, stating that she had been given permission to park/live there from the homeowner at 1127 W 7th St. The police removed the individual but said they could not do anything about the car. Assistance in the removal of both cars would be appreciated.
