Mr. Young stated that bushing in the N/S Alley behing 514 S. Washington Street is encroaching into the right of way and scrape the side of the vehicles as they proceed through the alley. He would like the bushes trimmed back.

This is a line of sight issue. There is a large shrub on the north east corner of Eastside Drive & East 1st Street that blocks the line of sight for motorists coming from the east.
Complaint concerns the fence at the south and east edges of property too tall not good looking, several vehicles parked in cul-de-sac and basketball goal in cul-de-sac
There is a wall that is falling down. Some of the wall has fallen onto the sidewalk.
Sidewalk on University side of property is covered with vines. She also noticed holes in the tree plot on University side of property -- she thinks there may be rats.
