Apartments at 820 E. Hillside allow parking in the ROW. This is causing a line of sight problem. It is dangerous to pull out. Also, there is a drainage problem on the far west side of the property.

Non running older dark blue Volvo car with no license plate has been parked on the street for a month. Residents in the specific area such as myself are frustrated with parking being taken for someone who lives in the townhouses across street from 812 s Washington st that has its own parking lot.

A car has been parked on the street in front of our house for almost a month. The owner our house it is connected to has multiple other vehicles in their driveway that may or may not be registered properly.
