10th and the bypass railroad lights have been on and blocking traffic for at least an hour and nothing is being done!

Blue sedan-type vehicle parked in the roadway, making it hard to traverse. There are also several cars parked on the roadway along N Hillsdale Drive, which makes travel difficult - especially around the traffic light.
