The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

The city just repaved my cul-de-sac. They did not correct the drainage problem. The water is pooling in a large area. It is trapped and unable to drain to the other side where there is a curb drain.

Sussex and queens way - there is a car parked facing the wrong way practically in the intersection. This is an accident waiting to happen.

A huge tree just fell across the street from my house (300 S Fairview). It's on the City's boulevard. No damage to houses or people that I can see. It is blocking the side walk only, not the street. Thank goodness it fell where it did and not onto the street or a house! I know Ladd Rentals owns 301 S Fairview. Jaclyn
