Ms. Laker talked with Tim Lawson. The gates on both Covenanter Drive and Clarizz Blvd. need to be locked. She thought that they were suppose to be locked until April 1999. Lawson referred her to Josh in City Planning.
My street trees have been ripped out of the tree plots. The question is who did this and who is responsible for their replacement?
NW corner 1st and Henderson. A very large and very dead maple tree hangs over sidewalk and street. Neighbors are very concerned about falling dead limbs or possibly the entire tree given we are headed into the windy/icy/snow season.
Mr. Wilson is the manager at J D Byrider. E&M mobile home sales to the east has homes for sale parked very close to W. 3rd St., maybe actually in the ROW. He wants them to move the homes back to meet 60' from C/L setback requirement. The homes block vision of J D Byrider site for traffic coming from east. I recommend: check plat map for ROW & measure home location from there. If in ROW can make them move back. I think they're grandfathered from setback req., they were there prior to '73.
AT THE CORNER OF WALKER & SMITH STREET THERE IS A VACANT HOUSE THAT HAS BRANCHES IN THE YARD AND BROKEN GLASS. THERE ARE RODENTS GOING IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE. CALL BACK WITH STATUS , CAN ALSO LEAVE MESSAGE WITH HIS WIFE KATHY.
Property owner (Auer) needs to trim pine tree hanging into the street. See attached from Street Dept.
Apartments at 820 E. Hillside allow parking in the ROW. This is causing a line of sight problem. It is dangerous to pull out. Also, there is a drainage problem on the far west side of the property.
