Walnut St Pk & Allendale
- Case Date:
- 5/30/2025
It is difficult to see onto Walnut St Pk from Allendale, to see if it is safe to turn onto Walnut St Pk. Driver must pull very far forward in order to see if there is incoming traffic. Additionally, many people speed on Walnut Street Pike, making it more dangerous to pull out.

Pile of brush in street at corner limiting turn
- Case Date:

When attempting to exit S Euclid onto W 2nd St. it is impossible to see traffic on W 2nd to turn onto W 2nd. There are flowers and weeds on both east and west sides that make this intersection unsafe.
Line of Sight
South Patterson Drive and West Allen Street
- Case Date:
- 10/8/2024
No Turn on Red sign facing west on Allen is either so faded or dirty as to be difficult for east-bound drivers to see even in daytime. Have witnessed more illegal right turns there than should be normal and suspect this is because sign is so dark that drivers overlook it. This makes for a hazardous situation that you might want to correct.

Subject: Overgrown Vegetation Blocking Sightlines and Pedestrian Safety Near Bus Stop
The bushes and trees along the property line are overgrown and have created a safety hazard for school children who are dropped off at the nearby bus stop and walk along the sidewalk. This is a congested area for both pedestrians and vehicles, especially during school pick-up and drop-off times.
The overgrown foliage obstructs the view of drivers turning in and out of the apartment driveway, as well as drivers approaching the intersection. This condition significantly reduces visibility and obstructs a clear sight-triangle.
Attached are photos, and here is a link to the street view showing the obstruction:
https://maps.app.goo.gl/WDFcQqQxyT19H3jN9
I request that the City review this location and take corrective action to ensure the ROW and sight triangle are clear, restoring safe visibility for drivers, pedestrians, and schoolchildren.
Thank you!

The bushes on the left behind Arby's and bordering Best Buy are overgrown. This affects line of sight from anyone turning left from CVS area going toward Aldis. They definitely need to be trimmed but not sure if it's a city issue for Best Buy issue.
