During heavy traffic, visibility can be very poor for vehicles traveling southbound on Washington Street and attempting to cross or merge onto 10th street.
Tonight I witnessed an accident caused by a white suv attempting to turn eastbound onto 10th from washington. The vehicle was promptly hit after turning onto 10th by a car that was most likely traveling far too fast.
A stop sign at the intersection would make things a lot safer! I'm really concerned a pedestrian is going to injured at some point at this crossing.

This historic home was sold in April, the new owners have not moved in and the property is not being mowed. Also, the invasive honeysuckle on the wooded part of the property is growing into the street blocking the vision on N. Fritz Drive as it also obscures the no outlet sign and street light.

The line of sight leaving Switchyard Park by the police substation to exit onto Patterson is in need of some help. First, when you look to your right (east) there is an overgrowth of brush and bushes that obstruct the view. Then, when you look to your left (west) the Switchyard Park sign is in the way!
This park is horrendous for traffic flow. There is not a single entrance/exit to the park that has a well planned or safe means of entering and exiting. All three of the main parking areas exit onto a busy street with no traffic signals or signs to aid in the entry or exit. Traffic backs up on Rogers, for instance, at times when one car is waiting to make a left turn into the park on southbound Rogers. This is going to only be worse when there is a concert or an event going on. What a bad design!
