Please assess this intersection (Fairview and 13th) at the top of a slight hill with a stop sign. The massive honeysuckle bush on the east side of Fairview obstructs view of stop sign until you are right up to the stop sign. Additionally, when you are stopped at 13th st and looking east there are oftentimes vehicles parked in front of the residence and the view to the east is blocked. I don't know how the yellow painted curbs to prohibit parking near stop signs are determined but this intersection may need something to prevent vehicles from parking right up to the stop sign. There are two large bushes that block visibility of an elementary bus stop. The stop is used primarily by small children, which are completely unseen to cars that will be turning on to the road. There’s also a fire hydrant ensconced by them, making it difficult to see.

The northwest corner of Nancy Street and Hillside Drive is overgrown in the city's right of way. It is currently unsafe for any cars heading/and turning south on Nancy Street onto Hillside Drive. Please trim the trees and bushes for a safer intersection for pedestrians, drivers, and passengers. Thank you.

I called 3 weeks ago to inquire about large tree on easement. 2-3 years ago all easement trees on our blocked were removed and replanted with a new tree. They got to us and stopped. We keep trimming it and it's impossible to keep the limbs off cars parked on street. Roots tearing up the ground. When I called 3 weeks ago, told someone would call me back. Have not heard from anyone. Please advise.
