Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. Ms. Ramey contacted the HAND Dept. regarding a line of site problem. There are bushes on either side of her property line that block her view in trying to get out of her driveway.

When a driver is going south on Palmer Avenue and is looking to the east on Allen Street there are a bunch of weeds that block the line of sight. The weeds/shrubs are in front of the second house to the east (421). The weeds/shrubs hang so far into the street that they cover any cars that park on Allen Street.
