Tall landscaping blocking line of sight at Lincoln/Kirkwood creating a hazard for pedestrians,non-motorized, or vehicles trying to cross at this intersection.
Intersection of 17th & Lincoln (southside she believes) there are tree limbs hanging down into the sidewalk and blocking view for pulling out onto street. Believes tree belongs to apartment complex.
THE HILL ON HILLSDALE DRIVE, BETWEEN 202 & 208 S HILLSDALE, OBSTRUCTS THE VIEW OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC FOR TRAFFIC EXITING HILLSDALE COURT. THIS PROBLEM IS COUPLED WITH SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC SPEEDING. THE PROBLEM HAS INCREASED AS HILLSDALE IS NOW USED AS A BYPASS FOR THE 46 BY-PASS
Tree on the southeast corner of 4th & Rogers blocks vision looking south on Rogers. Very difficult for cars to see if other cars are coming down the hill.
Shrubs blocking line of sight on south side of driveway in Fee Lane right of way.
Line of sight is blocked on the SW corner of 4th and Bryan.
Mr. Geels received a letter for a line of sight problem for his property at 4th St. & Bryan Ave. (See Action #11659). He complained thta the city does not enforce the 25' sight triangle consistently and sited the Southeast corner of 4th & Bryan.
The gentleman who called in said that when you pull off of Glendora Drive onto Walnut Street there is a line of sight problem looking to both the North and South. There are bushes and trees that are overgrown.
Bushes are blocking the line of sight on the SW corner of Bryan and 4th St.
