Heading west on 8th at intersection with Hillsdale. Thick grove of invasive weeds that have become bushes is hiding the stop sign and hindering visibility of vehicles coming from the north.
Our tenants are having trouble seeing to the left of the stop sign @ Eastgate LN & SR 46. There's quite a bit of overgrowth on that sidewalk area limiting the visibility.
Overgrown trees block stop sign on Kenwood and make it impossible for cars turning left onto Kenwood from Dunn Street to see traffic on Kenwood. Also overgrown trees along Dunn force people to walk in the street - combined with need to pull very far forward on Kenwood to see traffic this has led to 3 close calls (car+car; car+car; car+pedestrian). I thought I submitted in close call but never got uReport number. Perhaps my error or wrong category. Please help prevent accident & take action now that you are aware of the issue. Thank you.
Shrub on NE corner of intersection (7th/Washington) is a bit large and blocks line of sight for vehicles on Washington waiting to cross the intersection.

"To whom this may concern I live in Smallwood Plaza and I have noticed a regular issue and accident waiting to happen in regards to the parking garage on Morton St. When cars are parked behind smallwood, they make it difficult to see oncoming cars both drivers and cyclists leaving smallwoods parking garage. Once again when on Walker Street turning onto one way West third vision is very obstructed. Every year multiple times same problem. If there are city tree, lots behind these sidewalks, shave it all the way back to the property line, please.

Please consider removing the north-most parking space in front of "Bub's Burgers". When drivers are on 9th Street at the intersection, it is difficult to see oncoming cars approaching from the south on Morton because there is often a large vehicle parked right there blocking the view. If one space were removed - perhaps converted into a bicycle rack island - then it would be easier to see when trying to turn.
