The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. The house at 719 E. Hunter butts up against the N/S alley, and they have weeds and trees growing in to the alley so that it makes it hard to get through the alley. Mr. Itter also stated that the residence at this address also has parking right off the alley and leaves the cars parked half in the alley.

Tree limbs block the sight of the stop signs on BOTH sides of eastbound E 11th Street at N Park Ave from a distance. The signs are not visible until a moving vehicle is at them, which poses a hazard.

Mr. Koontz stated that there is a line of sight problem where College Ave. merges with Walnut Street. He states that patrons from their parking lot cannot see to pull out due to the tall weeds. He believes that the propery is owned by the Grease Pit.

Lady from the Flower Bowl called and there are weeds and brush that are making it difficult for people to see when exiting their parking lot on Dodds. She stated that she contacted the owner of the grease pit and was told that the weeds would be cut. She stated that traffic coming from College back to Walnut on Dodds moves very fast and the this line of sight problem she is afraid that someone will get hurt.
