Poison ivy and other vegetation growing out and blocking cottage grove sidewalk across from 108 cottage grove

1111 S. Washington front yard so overgrown strollers and wheelchairs cannot get over weeds that have fallen onto public sidewalk. Also may attract snakes, rodents, and other unwanted wildlife. Heightened allergy issues for neighbors, especially children.

The house at 714 S High St hasn’t mowed the yard all season. It is a rental, I don’t know if anyone currently lives there.
