The bushes and weeds behind 1306 S Madison St have grown almost completely across the alley. In order to drive thru this alley, one must drive through the neighbors parking area to avoid these trees.
Sidewalk is blocked with overgrown grass and weeds along the sidewalk on Thornton.
This home owner has let the grass and weeds overgrow around the whole property. The mailbox, deck, side of the house all are covered in over growth. Plus the grass is over a foot tall. I'm tired of looking at it and it making the neighborhood look like crap. Plus they have a refrigerator sitting in their driveway and a crappy rust bucket of a vehicle sitting on the curb.
This yard is all bamboo. The bamboo has grown out considerably into the street. and now some the stalks are completely parallel to the road and hang down considerably. Trucks would brush through it whenever. But cars just miss it, unless it rains when it actually is a bit dangerous hitting your car. The sidewalk in front of the house is impassable, too, with a lot of weed growth. Quite the neighborhood eyesore.
The sidewalk is hard to use due to plant overgrowth and children attending Binford and Rogers have to walk or ride bikes on the uneven grass in order to get to/from school.
Overgrown weeds and shrubbery are encroaching on the roadway and bicycle path on south side of East Seventh Street between Roosevelt and Clark Street, forcing east-bound traffic into the middle of the road. With two-way traffic, this forced me too close for comfort near these shrubs. Thank you for looking into this.
Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. My neighbor at 1305 W 6th moved in last July and has not cut his grass since that time. It is long and very overgrown.
Butler park needs mowed. The grass is extremely long!
