Grass too long AGAIN. Especially along fence.
Grass too long AGAIN. Especially along fence.
As usual with Pendragon Properties' horrible care...their lawn is not being maintained and very overgrown
Weeds have grown out of control. Have not been maintained since the house was moved out of. The door has been hanging wide open for a couple of weeks and we fear that it will start becoming a squatting location.
Safety issue/Excessive growth at 820 w. 2nd street, unable to see on coming traffic west bound... trying to pull out off Euclid on to 2nd street, sidewalk also has excessive growth
behind the house @ 305 S Euclid is an old overgrown tree stump. It is mostly disintegrated and held together by vines and poison ivy. I am highly allergic to the poison ivy. It is spreading into my yard and I cannot control it. Some of the stump fell into the alley and has been thrown up against my fence. Many of the vines have grown over onto my shrubs and I keep trying to clear my fence line, but it is impossible. I have requested the property management take care of this issue for more than two years to no avail. Can you help me to get them to clear it out?
Please look at Smith Ave between Walker and Euclid Streets. Growth along the length encroaches into the street. And the intersections with Davisson and Buckner are especially troublesome for those at the stop sign who cannot see approaching traffic. The Buckner/Smith intersection the view to the west is blocked by two vehicles always parked next to the road.
Overgrown weeds and plants are blocking the sidewalk in front of 904 W. 4th St.
The alley between Kirkwood and 6th street, connecting Elm and Waldron, is becoming increasingly impassable by trees and shrubs growing into it.
The alley between Kirkwood Avenue and Sixth street that connects Waldron and Elm needs the vegetation trimmed to clear the alley for vehicles to pass.
Hunter foot path and ditch between Eastside Drive and Hunter. Weeds growing onto path, ditch disappearing because of all the weeds that grow in and next to it. Who is responsible: City or adjacent home owner? This problem was first reported on July 22. Nothing seems to have been done about it, so it is getting worse.
