Neighbors home at 916 W 6th St. 47404 seems to be vacant and the lawn has not been maintenanced since we moved in mid-July. This has lead to us receiving many chigger bites. Thank you for taking the time to address this.
Lawn weeds are very overgrown. And there's a pile of tree branches on south part of property been there for a couple weeks now. Seem tenants moved out of this Pendragon Properties shit-rental because the landlords would not do anything about mold growing in the house. Imagine that.
Weeds have grown out of control. Have not been maintained since the house was moved out of. The door has been hanging wide open for a couple of weeks and we fear that it will start becoming a squatting location.
Lawn has been over a foot tall for over two weeks now. Tree branches piled in lawn. Door open. Previous tenants moved out because of mold problems landlords did nothing about. Why hasn't the city come by to mow and then charge the landlords yet? They obvious don't care, but the neighborhood would appreciate it if you all would please come by to clean it up.
Many neighbors and I use the sidewalk on the east side of S. Henderson St., opposite BHS sports fields, between Wylie Farm and Graham Roads, but I am writing to report that the trees and other growth next to it have become a nuisance and need culling/trimming back. lots adjacent and across the street from Fairview Apartments have excessive growth of weeds, 615 W 15th Street is our apartment complex. Weeds are excessive on the north and south side of properties adjacent to Fairview Apartments.
401 S High Street. Sidewalk being overgrown by weeds from both sides. Who is responsible for weeds in street: City or adjacent home owner? Problem reported first on July 8. Some weeds were removed but it is getting worse again.
