The property has not been mowed for quite a while and is over 2 feet tall in places. Duke Energy cut down tree limbs almost a year ago and those are still in the yard. I just saw a skunk there this morning.
The green wall between the blue house and tan house (501 and 507) on E 7th Street has a lot of poison ivy growing in it. The poison ivy is growing over the wall and is visible on the left and right sides of the green wall. Some of the leaves are about 2-3 in long. This can pose a problem for people who are sensitive or allergic to poison ivy. I believe both of these homes are rental properties so I don't know how to contact the owners and inform them; otherwise I would have notified them myself.
7th ST ROW on south side need maintenance at both addresses. 134 N Roosevelt St AND 135 N. Clark St.
Out of town landlord needs to do yard maintenance. Not asking city or HAND to do it. Please bring your considerable resources to bear upon the owner to fix this area once and for all.

i have a neighbor whos yard tends to be overgrown and the bigest issue is a cistern that was never properly filled in and animals have been making it a home for yrs now. she claims its her yard and to stay out of her business. There is overgrown grass and 3 non-running cars in the yard and next door at 2609 Kendall Dr the house had burnt through the roof over the winter, no repairs have been made and there is large construction equipment blocking.
Overgrown lawns throughout Apartcomplex and has been for weeks. It's unsafe for animals and owners from ticks,fleas,etc from overgrown lawns.. Concerned resident.
