I live at 812 W 2nd St. My next door neighbor lives at 820 W. 2nd St. Her back yard is overgrown and has containers that fill with water. In warm weather these containers breed mosquitos. I can't even go outside in the summer because the mosquitos are so bad. Also, she won't cut her grass along 2nd St. She says it is flowers, but it is weeds. I have seen rats in there. Also it is a traffic hazard because cars turning on to 2nd St. from Euclid St. can't see oncoming traffic. I am also sending a copy of this email to the State Board of Health in Indianapolis.

2524 east 7 th street
House grown up in tall weeds looks terrible causing wild animals in neighborhood. Please respond to this message. This is the second time. Dr. Sutor owns house. It is in sheriffs sale for back taxes.

partially overgrown sidewalks in front of 411 E First Street and
on E First in front of the house at the corner of Washington and First. I could not see the number from the road.

411 E First Street, half of the sidewalk is covered by overhanging long grass. This was reported in the summer already. Nothing has been done about it.

Growth behind new apartment complex at 720 N Walnut is again exceeding 8". This is the same area that was reviewed and cited early this summer.

517 West Wylie. Excessive overgrowth to the extreme. Bloomington Municipal code limits growth to 8 inches. This property has been a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood for a long time. It's atmosphere is very objectionable. Please help.
