This house hasn’t cut their grass since new people moved in. Excessive weed growth has resulted.
Neighbors lawn hasn't been consistently mowed this year. Kind neighbors have mowed the back. The front has yet to be taken care of. Resident is aware that it's a problem.
re: id=168983 and id=168611 Dee Wills referred to process of abatement of property. Where can I find an explanation of what that means? Also, I have asked in multiple reports if there is a City department or agency that can help me with the next door abandoned (for two years) swimming pool that is stagnant, attracting wildlife, and a perfect breeding place for mosquitoes?
Update for id=168611 notice indicated that the ticket was closed based on promise by owner to mow week of 6/10 today's date is 6/17 and no mowing has taken place also: who do I approach about pool (in backyard of same abandoned residence) that has not been drained/treated in two years and is attracting wildlife?
Problems at 115 E Sunny Slopes Dr House abandoned for over a year-past owner called, but no action-I am neighbor (at 105) and I mowed the front, but the back is over 24" high-and big problem with pool in back that has not been drained for 2 years or more (serious mosquito threat)
Excessive growth of weeds and grass
The yard is so overgrown at this address. It makes it very hard to see as you are coming off of Nancy.
1501 Browning Lane is an abandoned house. The owner still lives in the area but not in the home. It is becoming increasingly dilapidated. Recently a large evergreen tree fell into the house and is currently on top of the roof. Not sure if there is anything you can do to address this. The house is hurting the value of our street!
The neighbors in shadow creek would like to see the city be more proactive in persuading the owner of this building lot to keep the grass mowed and remove the invasive trees that have grown out of the ponding water. The ponding happens after each rain and is a health issue for the residents, and a safety issue for kids on this street. This lot has looked like this for years as the 2 doctor investors that owned it previously were not inclined or forced to maintain it or properly fill it in. Anything you can do to help protect our property values by threatening fines and actions against the owner would be much appreciated. thank you, shadow creek residents.
