I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.

Plants on NE corner of property (along Cottage Grove) have overgrown and are preventing use of sidewalk. Possibly should be associated with 408 E. Cottage Grove - unclear where property line is.
