My neighbor has many five gallon buckets lined up next to his house filled with water. I am worried that they will spread mosquitos and disease and they are right next to my property. The owner doesn't live there (no one does). Can you please tell him to turn the buckets over? I thought I read that this was against some ordinance. The address of his house is 1413 w 11th st.

at least three houses on corner of Larkspur Lane and Woodhill are not mowing their grass and it is very long, and two houses on corner have had tree branches stacked in 6 ft tall piles left for 4-5 days now on the sidewalk/side of road

Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.

Hello, Yesterday I wrote in to tell you that I am having difficulty selling my house at 1221 W. 6th street because the neighboring house to the east is abandoned and derelict. The near west side is a nice burgeoning neighborhood that is suffering due to the negligent care of this property. I did not mention that it is also filled with pests (namely rats) but also the backyard is overgrown with bamboo. It is a haven for Racoons and other critters. Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself.
