I noticed bamboo at this street address yesterday and while walking this after noon on the upper road of E Blue Ridge Dr it was very visible - I’m presuming it may be just the one parcel on N Dunn but, potentially more.

I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Why can’t I get something done by the city to make her fully comply?
Please reach out email or phone. Thanks
