Caller states that half way down Clifton is a big pile of trees possibly on city property. Also having major problem with rats in the area and around the brush pile. (you will have to call Cates to see where on Clifton)
Grass is over 8 inches tall.
There is an overgrowth of bushes and scrub trees along the north side of the property. This overgrowth is encouraging the habitation of wild animals. At least some of this needs to be cleared out.
WEEDS ARE GROWING BEHIND COLLEGE MALL APTS - WHERE THERE IS A FOOT PATH.
The weeds on the empty lot to the east of this address are 2 feet tall. There is also illegal outdoor storage of concrete forms, PVC pipe and other material at this site. The concrete forms are collecting water and breeding mosquitos.
Grass has not been mowed all year
Neighbor reports that large tree has been cut and four piles of debris in the City right-of-way and taking up parking spaces for the neighbors.

Received voice mail that grass is too tall and a City of Bloomington parking sign is in the back yard.
There is poison ivy and poison oak growing down the bank onto the sidewalk.
