The alley between Kirkwood and 6th street, connecting Elm and Waldron, is becoming increasingly impassable by trees and shrubs growing into it.

lots adjacent and across the street from Fairview Apartments have excessive growth of weeds, 615 W 15th Street is our apartment complex. Weeds are excessive on the north and south side of properties adjacent to Fairview Apartments.
On Tapp Rd traveling east, I noticed on the North side of the road, just prior to Rockport intersection, that the Pre-stop sign warning is blocked from view by vegetation
Bush is over growing and reducing visibility of incoming bicyclists / pedestrians around the corner.

904 w 4th st. There are overgrown weeds stretching all the way across the sidewalk making the sidewalk impossible to use.
Low-hanging branches hit car antenna. Already reported on July 8. Nothing seems to have been done.
Hunter foot path and ditch between Eastside Drive and Hunter. Weeds growing onto path, ditch disappearing because of all the weeds that grow in and next to it. Who is responsible: City or adjacent home owner? This problem was first reported on July 22. Nothing seems to have been done about it, so it is getting worse.
401 S High Street. Sidewalk being overgrown by weeds from both sides. Who is responsible for weeds in street: City or adjacent home owner? Problem reported first on July 8. Some weeds were removed but it is getting worse again.
