It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. More than half of the sidewalk on the northwest corner of 1st & Henderson (Henderson Street side) is overgrown with plants/bushes/weeds. You can not navigate a wheelchair or have 2 people walk side by side.
