Per complaintant e-mail, "I live at 102 S. Waldron Street here in Bloomington. My neighbor at 907 W. Kirkwood has a giant dead tree, with nothing living on it except a very impressive poison ivy vine that must be a few decades old, as it’s vine at the tree’s base is as big as my forearm. This noxious plant drops dead tree and spreads poison ivy on my property and my neighbor’s property (100 S. Waldron)."

Also, some foliage hangs over the alley (Waldron Street, directly south of 4th), blocking access, and scraping cars that pass by. Lisa sent me an email and it said this property is at the old train depot between College and Walnut. The business that use to be there was Jazz at the Station.
Ms. Young is reporting unsightly weeds and trash at 823 W. 7th Street as well as trimmings and brush that have not been removed. The vegetation and debris detract from the overall tidiness of the neighborhood and may compromise public health by attracting unwanted pests.
