It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. Overgrowth into the street in front of 2511 N Fritz Dr
complaint of overgrowth. You might also leave a drop card or try to talk to person living there. Neighbor thinks this may be an unregistered rental. She said man who previously lived there, (still listed on GIS) always kept place very nice. Now she has only seen a woman living here.
