Caller lives next to Bryan Park. She said she asked for a trash can @ entrance to the park last year and now it is gone. There is trash everywhere. She and her husband are in their 70's and have been cleaning trash @ the park for 40 years. She wants another trash can and big sign "NO LITTERING."

Ms. Inman lives @ 403 E. 20th. The apartment complex beside her moved their dumpster onto her property line. The smell is terrible when the wind blows. Please Knock on Ms. Inmans door when you drive-by. If she is not home than call her with any info.
The citizen runs through this area each morning and there are bushes in front of 403 that obstruct the sidewalk making it very difficult.
