The second house on Wilson Street (going East) from S. Walnut Street has trash piled at the side of the house.

Lots of trash bags piled by the house on the alley side. Some bags have been torn open.
There is trash in the backyard. Trees are down in the yard from winter. The yard is so overgrown that it is blocking traffic at the corner of Washington and Dodds.
Mattress laying in street between 13th & 14th.
Empty lots on alley between Monroe and Summit have not been mowed all summer. Neighbors have called before.
The apartment building in the 500 block of N. Lincoln St. has a dumpster located behind the apartment building which has been overflowing for the past 2 weeks. Trash is everywhere and a rodent was seen.
Tree has fallen on her client's garage. She believes this tree is City's responsibility and is in alleyway. Apparently no damage, tree just needs to be cut up and hauled away. Needs to know if tree is city or private.

THE EMPTY LOTS BETWEEN SUMMIT AND MONROE IN THE ALLEY ARE ALL GROWN UP WITH WEEDS.
