The landlord is suppose to mow the lawn, but hasn't mowed for awhile and now the grass is "knee-high". She has called the landlord several times this year to get the lawn mowed.
Trash and junk collected on the back patio, near the kitchen door. She has to look at it every day. The current tenants did not create the problem; rather, the landlord left it there between tenants. He needs to haul it away. Owner has recently changed. Complainant would like to be called with information.
THERE IS A HOUSE ON THIS PROPERTY THAT IS VERY OLD, IT IS "DESTROYED" THERE IS TRASH IN THE YARD, IT IS NOT "FIT" TO LIVE IN, SHE WANTS IT CLEANED UP.
THE NEIGHBOR ( HASSAN KASHANIPOUR) IS SUPPOSABLY DUMPING HIS TRASH ON TO MELVA'S PROPERTY ( A VACANT RENTAL PROPERTY). SHE WANTS IT CLEANED UP AND SHE WANTS IT STOPPED.
THE YARD HAS HAD ABOUT "20" BAGS OF TRASH IN IT FOR ALMOST AMONTH. THE TRASH PICK UP WAS TODAY AND THE TRASH IS STILL IN THE YARD. tHE BAGS ARE DETERIORATING. HE JUST WANTS THEM CLEANED UP.
EXCESSIVE TRASH; HAS BEEN PILING UP FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS.
High grass and weeds need mowed.
High weeds and grass needs mowed. Trash around the property is blowing into neighbors yards.
Grass is unkept some trash behind the house. A contractor recently began work on the guttering and painting then quit. The contractor (Randy Richardson) told Mr. Eisenberg that the interior of the house is filled with trash, newspapers, etc. Mr. Eisenberg is concerned that this is a fire hazard.
