Elm Heights Pres. reports rats in the Wyliey/1st St. at Woodlwan area. I called T&D to ask if during theri excavations they ahve seen any rats they said no. So lets make sure ALL weeds, brush piles, and trash are taken care of in this area. Do a total sweep of the area. Call her ASAP and let her know what you are going to do.

Overgrowth obstructing the sidewalks on the south side of E. 2nd Street, just East of Park St. Also the entire area surrounding Harmony school has overgrowth on the sidewalks.

The house two doors down from 912 E. 2nd (S.E. Corner of Woodlawn and 2nd) has Ivy and Bushes growing over the sidewalk. It is difficult to walk around the bushes and the Ivy is covering all but 8 inches of the sidewalk.
