Phone Call: The house two doors down from 912 E. 2nd (S.E. Corner of Woodlawn and 2nd) has Ivy and Bushes growing over the sidewalk. It is difficult to walk around the bushes and the Ivy is covering all but 8 inches of the sidewalk.
