Called Ms. Howell. Problemis w/dumpsters behind Eastland Plaza. Drove by yesterday and dumpsters were ok. Absence of trash containment is grandfathered due to age of Eastland Plaza. New shops where grasshopper was at east end will be subject to trash containment ordinance. Gave Ms. Howell my direct line for future complaints.
